Shipping Options

There are a few simple Shipping Options available for orders. UK customers should normally select Free Standard Shipping (UK Only). For smaller orders this will be fulfilled by standard Royal Mail 48 (second class) post. Larger orders may be sent either recorded first class post or a 48 hour equivalent tracked courier service.

If an item is very urgent and a guaranteed delivery time is needed, then we have a Special Delivery Next Day option. This is guaranteed to deliver by 1pm the next working day after dispatch. If delivery of this service is required on a Saturday then please select the appropriate option. We recommend customers contact us before selecting Special Delivery so we can confirm their delivery target can be met, it is not always possible to dispatch on the day of ordering. Please note, the Special delivery option will not be suitable for very large orders; these will be sent instead by an appropriate 24 hour tracked delivery service.

European customers should select Europe & Ireland Air Mail (Outside UK). Royal Mail Air Mail small packets will generally be used, with a tracked courier service for larger orders. Outside Europe the Service is International Tracked / Signed for, where full tracking will be used where possible. For certain outsize items we may specify that Postage outside the UK is not available. We would ask customers to respect this.

Local Hand Delivery

We are now trialling a local hand delivery service option which offers delivery at a mutually agreed time and date. Customers requiring this service in the Drumnadrochit IV63 area should select Free Standard Delivery, but check the hand delivery option during check out. We will then contact them to arrange a suitable time and date.


Dispatch Time

Our aim is to dispatch items the same or the next working day after payment is received, however this may take an extra day or two at busy periods. Larger orders requiring us to book a courier service may take a day longer to allow for items to be collected from us.

We pride ourselves on having a generally quick turnaround. Please contact us if you have a particular delivery need and we will do our best to help.


Delivery Times

We will send you a dispatch note when your goods have been sent. For goods sent by Standard Delivery in the UK, delivery is ideally in 2 to 3 working days, but please note this is not guaranteed and occasionally deliveries do take longer. Please allow at least 7 working days before assuming there has been a problem.

Air Mail deliveries can take considerably longer than domestic ones. Typically these will be in the region of 3 to 10 working days in Europe.

Please bear in mind that we are not responsible for speed of delivery once items have been placed in the postal system. We should point out however, that non delivery of correctly addressed items is very unusual. In most cases items have either been temporarily delayed, or can be found at the buyer's local delivery office. If you have not received an item please contact your local Royal Mail office to check whether delivery has been attempted previously. The item may have been returned to the office or left in a 'safe' place.

If items are returned to us due to failure of delivery for whatever reason, then we will refund the cost of the actual item purchased less any P&P charges. A 10% restocking charge may be applicable. To minimise the chances of this please ensure that your address details are correct and complete, that your property is accessible for deliveries, and that any notes left by Royal Mail or other couriers are responded to in good time.



All items are well packed, either in padded envelopes, or with bubble wrap/ corrugated cardboard and brown paper. Larger orders may be sent in cardboard boxes.

We do our utmost to minimise damages in transit. However, should you receive any damaged product please contact us immediately.
